We offer a wide range of medical services, including general consultations, maternal and child health care, laboratory testing, vaccinations, chronic disease management, minor emergency care, and health education programs.
We are located at Nyamigisa cell, southern ward, central division, Masindi municipality, Masindi district Uganda. It is located 2km away from Masindi district headquarters along Masindi-hoima road and 35km away from Hoima catholic diocese headquarters, easily accessible by public transport and with parking available on-site.
We are open Monday to Sunday 24hrs. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays for consultations, except for emergencies.
Yes, all your medical records are stored securely, and we follow strict confidentiality policies in line with Country/Region health regulations.
You have the right to be treated with respect, to receive clear information about your health, and to give informed consent before any treatment.

Appointments are encouraged for faster service, but we also accept walk-ins depending on availability.

We handle minor emergencies during working hours. For life-threatening cases, please call +256787336789 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Yes, we offer antenatal care, postnatal care, and safe delivery services.
Yes, we provide routine and travel vaccinations. Please contact us to confirm vaccine availability.
Yes, we have a fully equipped lab for blood tests, urine analysis, and other basic diagnostic services.
Most results are available within 24–48 hours. Urgent tests can be prioritised upon request.
Payments
No, but we are working hard to bring most major insurance providers on board. Please confirm with our front desk if your insurer is accepted.
We accept cash and mobile money payments.
Certain services, such as vaccinations for children, HIV testing, and family planning, may be offered for free or at a reduced cost depending on available government or NGO support. But most of the services are at a subsidised cost.

Yes, we regularly conduct health education sessions on topics like nutrition, HIV prevention, maternal health, and chronic disease management.
